The foundation has identified three integrated program streams through which we will implement our new strategy. The unifying focus of all streams will be the development of the College Readiness Learning System required to transform public school districts in order to deliver 21st century college, career and life readiness for all students.

Over the next year, our work will be designed as tightly-defined learning experiments within these program streams that will provide clear insight into how we might design larger, longer-term programs.

Reflecting the user-centered orientation of our approach, we will engage a small number of districts and states to refine the Learning System, apply tools and solutions within their schools, and test their potential to build systemwide innovation and R&D capacity.
