As a lifelong resident of the Bay Area, I take great joy in being part of an organization that is committed to health and equity within my community.

In the role as Operations Associate, Natalie is responsible for providing support for grants administration, accounting and finance, human resources, and the Foundation’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work. Natalie joined the Stupski Foundation in 2017 as an Executive Assistant, a role that deepened her understanding of opportunities for operational support and culture building.

Natalie’s work in the nonprofit sector began at The Redford Center, a documentary film nonprofit, where she oversaw administration, office management, event planning, and social media. Previously, she worked as an executive assistant to the CEO of Hall Capital Partners.

She was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and holds a B.A. in English literature from UC Berkeley and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from San Francisco State University. She is currently completing a Master of Public Administration at the University of San Francisco.
